Just replaced the o2 sensor in December on my 2000 - 300 rx, now the check engine light is coming on after rainy weather when the temperature is above freezing, goes off after a day or so when the temp is colder.I bought the car in 2009 & have replaced two O 2 sensors so far very expensive and frustrating!

Looks like the exact same code as last time. You have to wonder if they're just throwing parts at it.
It's the same code # - but all OBD-II codes above P1000 are manufacturer specific codes. Below P999 are generic codes (identical across all makes of cars..) So the first time he had it read it was read at AutoZone, who gave him what their generic code reader thought the code meant (and it sort of does..) while the dealer gave him the description that Lexus uses for that code, and that is more manufacturer specific.
