Just picked up a '10 RX last night
Traded in the '09 for the '10.
Got $28K for the no NAV Premium Pkg '09 and was able to get the '10 loaded with the options ($48259 list)in my signature for invoice ($43100).I'm very happy with the deal.
Didn't think the '10 was that much different than the '09 but it is in many areas.

Lexus Champion
Joe, congratulations on the new RX. They are nice. I like the changes they made for 2010. We were very close to buying one before we got our ES.
Do you still have your ES?

Congratulations! There are several differences between the 2010 and my old 2008, and you should enjoy them. However, there were some things on my '08 not present on the '10 that I miss - e.g., full size spare, Nav voice muting audio, sun glass holder, etc.

Might buy a new cheaper economical car for the wife and I to run around with.Really don't need two new Lexus vehicles and the extra expense considering I would only do 5K miles per on the ES..
I noticed the sunglass holder after I took delivery and went to put my sunglasses there..My '10 ES has no voice muting.I posted a thread about the '10 not having a full size spare and alloy wheel last week or so.
The ride,handling,12 speaker upgrade sound etc makes up for the above.
I'll get some pics up maybe after the pollen season. The tungsten has a green tint. The pollen is bad and will get worse.

haha at least you didnt get black. All my black cars have the green film on top. Congrats on the RX!
THe sunglass holder is a huge oversight. Models produced during Feb 2009 and Aug 2009 had the sunglass holder until they decided to put the lexus SOS button there. unforgivable design flaw

Thanks,K.
My wife and I and my daughter and son have bought 5 Lexus vehicles from them since '06.
However, the salesmen and salesmanager we dealt with are gone and I miss them.
New mgmt and salesman and I was there from 10:30 to after 3PM dealing.

When sales manager Greg Rojek(sp?) left, they lost a great guy.I would make a deal on the phone with him.A salesman would just let me test drive the vehicle and do the paperwork.
What a difference dealing without him.I've heard he is now with Lexus of Manhattan.I was about to give him a call but we finally made a deal I liked.

Greg in Tri-County was a great salemen, but he won't get me a better price on a special order. So, I got mine in Bridgewater Lexus. Better discount on a special order. Love it very much.

No, I don't play soccer!
wyau01, they're not supposed to discount special orders. But Bridgewater did for me too without even asking. Then again, this is my third RX from them in 12 years. Tri-County (formerly Ciasuli) couldn't be bothered with me back in '98

Congrats JoeB.. We're picking ours up on Monday. Any feedback on your opinion? Did you get 18 or 19" wheels? Mine has 18", but thinking of having them changed to 19".

Only two minor gripes so far.
No more overhead sunglasses holder and I'm not fond of the gray color center dash area.
The 12 speaker radio is much better than the standard '09 radio. The ride quality, handling, interior comfort, exterior design is so much better than the
'09.
Want the side moldings and my dealer has them on order.
As far as 19" vs 18",I like the 18"s more.
The 19"'s will have a little better look but the 19" will have a lower profile which would hurt ride quality a bit.
I'm all about ride quality and comfort.
Congrats on your purchase or lease.
TriCounty lost a good guy.
Seems TriCounty does a complete turnover of staff often.I've seen two instances in the last 3 years.
Service advisors seem to stay,though.
