Default Sport Package

My husband wants me to get our RX with the Sport Package for when he drives. But I like the normal Lexus soft ride... can anyone explain what the car/driving will feel like with the Sport Package and without it?

Lili, it will handle better for cornering, it will be stiffer, and it will ride somewhat harsher (with the 19" wheels, and stiffened suspension).

All that said, it's still a very comfortable ride. I got it because I wanted it to handle better. The first week I got it, I was worried, since it definitely bounces more on bad roads. But it is still sufficiently "soft" that it's comfy for longer road trips.

When I ordered mine (last June) there were NONE with sport suspensions on the lot. Now there are. See if your dealer can locate one for a test drive. I had to order mine, and then wait nearly *6* months for it to be delivered.

You might also try riding in a hybrid RX450h - they have the sport suspension as part of their package, I believe...Ask Anita, here.
