Purchased my vehicle a few weeks ago , so this is cold weather issue so far.

When I start the car remotely, the climate control ,which was previously set at automatic, changes to front and rear defrost. When I enter the car , after 10 minutes, the temp in the car is colder than the set temp.

I spoke to Lexus dealer , they said that was normal, but it just doesn't feel right. HELP!

 

Tell your dealer its a selectable option and ask them to turn it off.
