I8ABMR you have one beautifully cared for GS. I really mean it. Please tell us what you use to get that look. I'd like to try it too. I take it, that you really do drive it? Just beautiful!!!! Yours is one that causes others to buy dark colored cars. Or is this a "trick" picture, done with smoke and mirrors. lol
Have had my Black Sapphire/Ivory interior since April and it's fine. Didn't care for the dark floor mats originally, but I think they are a god send at this point. Get lots of comments on the exterior color - most folks think it's a black car and/or "ooh and aah" over the beautiful blue.
We'll see how that pretty blue hood looks after driving it to Tahoe this weekend on sanded roads, I am wondering what the paint chip damage might be...

All the comments about the paint's fragility have me worried. I took my RX 350 thru a brushless carwash and noticed a couple of 6" scratches on the hood. I can't say they're the result of the carwash; it may have been noticeable because the car was clean.
Any way to get rid of these scratches? Touch up paint? Some kind of rubbing compound? Buffing?
