Default Hands free bluetooth question

I have the 2010 RX350 without the NAV. However, the handsfree bluetooth takes way too many steps to make a simple phone call. Is there a way to skip all the confirmations?

hit hands free button,
say "dial by number"
hit the hands free button again (dont wait for prompt)
say the number
hit the dial button after reviewing the number on the screen for accuracy to place call
it becomes easier after you have done it a few times

Trying to use the voice commands takes too long and isn't all that much safer. I just dial from the phone and set it back down.

* The fast way to make the simple phone call, which is already programmed to your phone, is to one-click the speed dial on your phone. Your RX10 Bluetooth will bring it to the speaker.

* For safety during the driving, you should use the voice command if that number has been saved in the RX10 contacts and your phone isn't reachable. For example, hit the handsfree button and say "call ericiscool".

* If you prefer to move the mouse on Nav, I'd suggest to dial it over your phone, this is faster and easier. IMHO.
