WOW!
could you give us a few more details about this accesory.
I have never seen it here.
Has anybody else?
It was not offered as an accesory when I purchased in February 09.

Hey, thanks for the info.
After a closer look our 2010 RX350 has a different front, the area I had a problem with is just below the front bumper.
(haven't seen mine up close for awhile, got alittle excited!)
License plate cover looks real nice.

Wow, that sucks, for us in US. There is also a matching rear plate.

Just did my 2010 RX350 with this MOD. Cheap insurance and a peace of mind.

thangd... what did you use? Also... what kind of width fits?

Was thinking the custom car grill mentioned earlier in black for both my wife's 08RX and my 2010. Small diamond comes in 6 x 36.

Hi tazdevl, I use the Home Depot rain gutter screen at $2.00USD per 6"X36" and paint it black. It is galvanized steel and it is the same as the "Small diamond comes in 6 x 36".

This is a nice mod. if you drive a lot on the freeway with high speed any thing that come up to the radiator will damage it.

By the way I have the same option/package as you do on your RX. Except I went with the Starfire Pearl for external.

Did you apply galvanized metal primer before painting it black? If not, the galvanized metal will react with the paint and the paint will quickly flake off.

Didn't know about the primer, just painted with Rusto Flat Black.

Nice. Wanted Radar/PCS but they aren't building them yet in my color preferences. Rear ent is going to be a dealer installed option from what I hear. Having some problems with it at the moment.

A few comments:

thangd-Great job on the grill guard. If that lower grill guard is available in Europe as an accessory from Lexus, they must know the lower grill guard protection is needed. I first started reading about condenser damage with the 05 RX, so they've had plenty of time to address the issue.

The license plate frame we see in the European pics is for the European style elongated plates.

For those of us with the towing package, would recommend a similar protective screen for the tranny cooler on the driver side, below the fog light..
