2015 RX 350
FWD
Light Silver paint
Black interior
19” Rims
No Navigation
I honestly don’t know all the options it has yet. Still learning how to use it every day but I’m loving it so far.
Previous vehicle was a 2013 Infiniti G37x. I loved/love it. But my wife and I took a 5k trip last October over a two week period. The Infiniti performed fine, especially out west where the speed limits seem to be a suggestion. I love the motor and handling of that car. But getting in and out and pulling luggage in and out became a chore. I started looking then for something better suited for our long trips. I looked to the Infiniti line first but the QX 60 has had major CVT issues. I then turned to the Acura RDX and liked it. Until I drove the RX 350. There is separation in the two. I didn’t hate the Acura but I loved the Lexus.
I’ve owned plenty from the Honda and Nissan families. My first from the Toyota line. During my research I spent time on every message board for each vehicle I was considering. Unfortunately you can suffer negative overload from these. But they are also wonderful for guys that like to do some of their own work. None of the complaints were enough to steer me away from the RX 350. It’s wonderful to me. I probably won’t contribute as much as I take from this board and thank everyone in advance for the knowledge they’ve accumulated here.

New PNW Guy to the Lexus Line up
First time Lexus owner. 2013 RX350, moving from a BMW Diesel Sportwagon (i'm gonna miss that mpg)
Seems to have about everything but remote start. (AWD, NAV, Comfort, Premium, HID, Mark Levinson, Park Assist, Heated Seats, and Premium wheels, sigh)
List of things I plan on doing in the first few months:
Still at the dealer - 2013 RX350
Seems to have about everything but remote start. (AWD, NAV, Comfort, Premium, HID, Mark Levinson, Park Assist, Heated Seats, and Premium wheels, sigh)
List of things I plan on doing in the first few months:
- Performance Chip - Still deciding which one, Gas Mileage number one factor HP second (60 mile one way commute) Tell me your thoughts
- New tires (has new Atlas UHP on it now, why I don't know why) Between Michelin Primer LTX and Pirelli Scorpion Verde a/s plus (because of this link http://pressroom.lexus.com/releases/...6+lexus+rx.htm
- Body Mods - Duraflex line: Wing, (changes the appearance dramatically IMHO) Body panels, Front/rear bumpers. (Font bumper after wing before others)
Remote Start - I have no idea what I'll do here, Viper, Python, maybe even Lexus (if it wasn't for poor range, don't mind the subscription for my smartphone) - Wheels, Considering 20" (19 now) trying to consider if going more offset (30mm vs say 35 or 40mm) will work. yeah yeah, I know, lexus engineers spent a lot of time yada yada....Perhaps they should have designed a wheel that doesn't look like my grandmother drives the car.
- Ski Rack
- Exhaust upgrade
- Lighting upgrades
- Weathertech floor mats
Still at the dealer - 2013 RX350

My "New" Lexus RX350
Hello:
Just bought a "new" 2015 Lexus RX350.
Previous vehicle a Tacoma so this is a significant upgrade for us.
The first thing I did was post a question without introducing myself and without realizing how much depth this Forum has.
I stand in front of you chastised. Spent some time browsing and wow! This place is great!!!
Our Lexus is Starfire White, with 25K miles, Navigation, IPA, Premium Package, Towing prep pkg. 19 inch wheels, stock Dunlops.

Hi All,
I am going to be a proud owner of Lexus 350 AWD 2014. The car is LCPO.
The Lexus dealer shared the car proof report, which doesn't show any service history. when I requested for the service history the dealer is firmly saying he doesn't have it. I am kind of suspicious now as to why a 2014 car won't have any kind of service history in Lexus records.
Earlier while shopping for used car another Lexus dealer managed to hide that the car was a service loaner(LCPO again) . I figured it out and turned down that purchase.
Any thoughts on how to get the complete service history of the car I am going to purchase ?
Thank you
Akumar

Akumar, when I was researching my Lexus CPO options, I figured out that I could register at drivers.lexus.com and assign a car to myself using the VIN. Once you do that, you can pull up any available service history in the Lexus system. I did that for 4 cars, and found that some definitely had more detail than others, but it was still helpful.

Hi,
Thank you !!!
I just registered and added the VIN, even there I don't see any history.
From what I have heard is if the car is service loaner the dealership can hide the service details.
Probably Shall I call Lexus directly and see if they can help ?
Thank you
Akumar

I managed to get the service history by escalating it to dealer manager. The sales agent was trying to hide it because LCPO was done in march and he told me car was just added in their inventory
Not sure why the car didn't sell for 2 months , but service history looks good. So I am going for it .
Thank you for your suggestions and help !!! .

Proud owner of a 2014 RX350 Technology Package (Canadian) for my wife.
Fully loaded with HUD, power folding mirrors, ML, etc.
80,040 kms
Her previous car was a 2007 Toyota R4 V6 Limited (will miss the 3 rows). I understand the engine is the same. In fact, its the same engine in my current car the IS350 2014
Back to the RX.... very nice car, love to drive it when i can. We will be installing the Curt Hitch 2" tomorrow Wednesday. Then planning to buy weathertech mats either used or new.
