Welcome raylor4 to Club Lexus and congratulations on your new RX, My wife and I recently purchased our first Lexus and are enjoying the car as well as exploring all the features.
We shopped in Roseville as well as Santa Rosa but ended up purchasing in Concord. The Concord dealer told us the Roseville dealer added LoJack to all their vehicles with no option to not purchase the device and was wondering if that was actually the case. Did your 2011 RX come with LoJack preinstalled by the Roseville dealer?

New RX350 AWD Owner
Become a new Lexus RX350 owner less 2 weeks ago. Replaced my almost 13 y-o Mercedes ML320 and hopefully the RX is more reliable than that clunker.

No LoJack at Roseville, but they were very persuasive at check-out time for me to buy the extended warranty from the finance guy. So much so that we walked out in a huff. The salesperson said to come back tomorrow and a nicer finance guy would be in the office. This was true. We paid cash, BTW.
We complained to the manager about the first finance guy's attitude. His reply was "Well, that's the way he is and we can't change him."
Anyway, we were very happy with our salespeople and the delivery people telling us how to work everything, cell phone pairing, for example. The service people are very nice too, explaining my concerns which turned out to be nothing, soft brake pedal for example.

Just got a new 2013 Rx450h AWD
White with black interior. Nav, blind spot, camera, leather and wood steering wheel, speakers, 19" wheels, leather seats, moonroof, etc. It's the only one the dealer had left and I think I got a very good deal (more than 10k off MSRP)
If you are looking for a new RX 450h I'd suggest trying to find the 2013 model, the only difference with the 2014 IMO is SIRI which I can definitely live without.

Congratulations and welcome! I have a '13 RX350 (and a '14 IS350). Same deal here. Can't go wrong on the end of year model close out. Screaming deals on the '13 RXs.
