16 characters is the limit for the display. Had 3 cars in the last 3 years, same issue... 2006 Lexus IS350, 2007 Acura MDX and 2008 Infiniti EX35 (waiting on my RX)... all of them would not display the full song title. Seems to be common with XM radios in cars... crazy thing is the portable XM radios display the full song title.
Also agree on XM... I've been on the phone with them for hours to resolve a bunch of issues. Most of their CS reps are completely incompetent. Highly recommend escalating to a manager as soon as you call in for any issues.
My Satellite radio works great but the Data is nonexistent. XM has confirmed the trial subscription and resent the signal many times but alas no data. They created a case but so far no luck. I fear by the time they get it to work the trial subscription will be over!

I'm thinking if everyone else has the data then it's transmitting. It's not XM's problem but your NAV system's. Try taking it to the dealer.
