just saw the 2010 this past weekend and compared it to an 09 side by side. wow - i like the interior of the 10. it feels more like a car because the center console is continuous and the cubby hole on the bottom is pretty cool. my gf's purse was too big to fit in it but it'll fit other things like water bottles and small animals.
for anyone who's looking for a NEW 2nd gen RX, don't waste your time with it unless you're getting a heavy discount. the 2010 seemed roomier in the back (rear seats recline) more modern with the center console and the keyless entry seemed so natural to use that it felt barbaric to use a key with the 09. additionally, the 09 looks 5-10 yrs older and if resale value is an issue, the second car buying rule after "never buy version 1.0" is "never buy the last model year if you're concerned with resale value".

Just looked at the 10 RX350. Not bad. Not bad at all.
It looks a little better; the interior is a little bigger; it drove a little better; it handled alot better; and the little mouse thingy worked REALLY well.
No ML stereo yet, though

the ML stereo is part of the Luxury Package or something like that. there are 3 sound systems available on the new '10 RX: the Basic sound system, the Premium Sound System, and the Mark Levinson Sound system

It use to come with just Premium Sound System or the Mark Levinson Sound system. Now the Premium Sound System is an option, so many hidden cost.
