im sure it has to do with the height of the highbeam. i like the look of the regular headlights with the HIDs on the edge, but i like the highbeam feature

I sat in a 2010 RX yesterday here in Riverside. It was the frist one they got in. A basic model. No Nav or Rear video.
It looks different in person. The curves on the dash arent as bad. I didnt like the solid one piece center console. Its more like the IS. Sits a little to high for me. And it feels tighter when your sitting in the drivers seat.
The part that was strange for me is how far the display sits back in the dash. I dont think you could touch it if you wanted.

Saw 3 of them here tonight as well ... one stickered for $44,6-- and had Glass Breakage Sensor, Remote Start, Tow Hitch, etc. ... another was $42,9-- and didn't have those three things. The third was inside the service area and I couldn't look.
It looked like there was still a screen up where the Nav would be ... where the hand-controlled mouse would be, there was like an indentation for putting things. I wasn't looking too closely and it was kind of dark, so I could be wrong.
BTW ... I wasn't that impressed in person and it really is SO similar to the old ones ... the taillights have NOT grown on me.

i know that with the nav, you still get that usual RX screen that gives you temperature, time, air con settings, etc etc which is basically what old RXs had when without nav.

When I sat in the new RX without navigation. The center console just had a wooden cover. Im not sure if it was to cover a drink holder. But the whole area was flat.
Also on the driver side dash drink holder. Underneath the AC vent. Its a panel that folds out like an ash tray. Also the rear seats have drink holders on the bottom of the doors.
I didnt check the rear center fold down console. To see if the cup holders were still there. I am going back tommorow. And will get a couple of pictures.

The back seats also have a cup holder in the door and they still have the 2 in the center pull down.Originally Posted by KeysRx300

Yes, you are correct. I drove one today that did not have the Nav. There is a screen that shows you temperature, time, Radio channel, etc.Originally Posted by Husker4the
