Hello, I have been working on my RX350 and have not been able to get it to run. It was running really rough after adding about a gallon of gas from the garage. It had misfires. I filled it up and put in a bottle of Lucas fuel treatment. My niece then borrowed it and drove it fine. She said it was running OK. She brought it back and I have not been able to get it to start since.
These are the things that I have done.
Replaced the fuel pump relay
Replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter as it was not turning on (The filters were both full)
Tested the pump after replacement. I am getting 10 volts to the pump when turning over.
Checked other fuses found no problems
Pulled a spark plug on the front right of the motor, getting spark
My five year old battery died during this process so I replaced it early on in the process
I have tried both fobs and they seem to be working fine.
The car will turn over but doesn't even attempt to fire.
I still have the back seats out.
I have attached a photo of my dash lights. I tried to disconnect the battery
for five minutes, this did nothing and lights are still there.
I would appreciate any help that can be given. I am stumped as to what I have to do next.
You can try some starting fluid, spray just a sec or two and crank. If it starts you know at least you are missing fuel, lots of reasons for that but at least you know its worth investigating. Use caution and read the label before use.

Thanks for the suggestion. I don't have any starter fluid right now but may pick up some to give it a try. I have used it before when starting older diesels so yes I will be cautious for sure. Have a good day.
UPDATE: Tried starter fluid to get it to fire. It definitely responded to the fluid. I reinstalled the fuel pump, checking wires and ensuring it was put together correctly. After this the car started with no problems. It is running again. I must have installed the pump incorrectly. Thanks for the help.
