Default Wiring Scooter Lift

I want to hook up this:

It recommends hooking up some wires directly to the battery.
Fortunately, my 2013 RX 450h has the battery in the trunk, which means I don't need nearly as much length as I have.

Now I'm searching for a way to thread this down so I can place the end where the trailer connection is, preferably without cutting any holes.

Does someone have an obvious suggestion?

End goal is something like this:

Since you have a hybrid this question may get more response is you post it in the hybrid section of this forum.
I trust you already have a hitch installed. Is that the case? Do you have the hitch wiring also installed? Does your RX have the tow hitch package from the factory?
Have you removed the stuff under the rear cargo cover and tire to look for obvious entry points?
It may be easy to drill a hole near the battery to snake in the wire since the battery is so close to the rear bumper.

If you can not attach to the trailer hitch connection, there are plenty of plugged holes in the truck. Just peel back the carpet/liimning or even crawl under and see.

You can cut a x in the rubber plug, but remember to seal them up with silicone after you run your wires through. I would avoid selecting the plugs that are in line with the water being splashed up by the tires. If you do decide to drill a new hole, make sure you prime and paint the exposed metal and use a grommet to protect your wires and make it water tight.

Yes, this car had the tow package, hitch, and wiring before I got it.
I cannot reuse this connection as it's meant for lights. I need battery power to power the lift. I can't quite see it, but the trailer wiring goes down somewhere on the left.

I can't see the plugged holes from the top, but perhaps I can see them from the bottom if I take off that bottom cover where the trailer wiring is snaked through.
