If anything will be done by Lexus, you will have to start with local Lexus dealership. Since we are here in 3rd gen the base warranty is most definitely expired. You may have extended (even that is most likely expired).
Start there and specially ask if there is any assistance by Lexus.
Based on the answer you can escalate to Lexus Corp. Would this all be worth your time and what is the success ratio ??? [Nothing lasts for ever, and how long is the manufacturer on hook to provide guaranteed repairs are all debatable issues. 1x 100%, 2x would be great and 3x and beyond is unlikely. One may get some sympathetic response if you are at the cusp ..like 2.05x instead of 2x, but the good will is usually tied to customer loyalty ... no guarantee there.]
Talking about solutions:
Coverup (least cost)
Repair (satisfaction level and cost and what if it starts cracking at another place?)
Replace with new/used. It is an elaborate process and few times results in rattles afterward) ... discuss risks.
Preventive action:
Heat, sunlight are focused light/heat are deteriorating factors. Can you lessen them in how you park etc. Simple things as flipping the direction you park, cracking the windows a slight bit helps.
Since the repair period offered by Lexus is more than likely expired,
Maybe you can post this question in the Automotive Care and Detailing forum for a solution.
I remember seeing somewhere on CL where someone had a deep gash on dash and they took it to a shop where they filled the gash with some kind of substance and laid a pattern type paper(?) matching current dash to mold the substance as it dried. The after picture showed the finished product where you couldn't even tell where the gash was.
Of course they'd have to fill your crack and depending on where your crack ends, do something to match the rounded edge, etc.
Take a look at a company called dashskin.com. My 1999 Ram developed several cracks on top of its passenger-side dashboard over the years and in April 2022 I installed their matching dashtop cover to solve the issue. Perfect fit, perfect color match, and an excellently-crafted product. You would never know that my Ram dashtop is completely covered unless I told you. I paid $135 for the custom piece.
Don't know if they offer this product for Lexus vehicles but it is certainly worth checking out.
If you cannot get a goodwill dash replacement from your local Lexus dealer then I would just buy a used dash and replace the old cracked one. The Lexus RX350 interior trim is pretty easy to disassemble as cars go.
Or you can just put a dash mat over the cracked dash for quick fix.
