See these links: Also you need a dealer to do software updates. You could try Satelite motors in Silver Spring, Maryland as they are a Toyota specialist but I doubt they do software updates.
Also it may be time to replace your D4S HID low beam bulbs as they get dimmer over time and it is a subtle change. You can find OEM style philips or Toshiba bulb online.

It is a never ending game once you get into it based on human perspective. Some may insist that they know when it is good they can skip over this post.
One needs proper instrument to measure and set. Every inspection station/mechanic used to have the thing that they would roll up to the vehicle, but I have not seen them being used so I am skeptical about their instrument to be calibrated right.
So I suggest, fill up your tank and take your vehicle to a reputable body shop [or dealer of your choice] after confirming they have the instrument calibrated and have the specs for your vehicle. Should be 1/2hr labor with the actual time even less.
