Question DIY maintenance question

I have a 2015 RX 350 that I bought used in 2017 and it has been a very good automobile. My local Lexus dealer does good work, but in the interest of saving some money I am going to start doing some maintenance myself. For example, the engine air filter and the cabin air filter are due to be replaced, and these are both very easy to replace of course. Should I go for genuine Lexus filters, or will any good brand work well for these filters?
Also, can anyone recommend any good online sources for genuine Lexus parts (filters or otherwise)? I bought a couple of items from a source in California, but they are apparently no longer around.

Any comments would be appreciated.

I order the oil filter cartridges for my wife's 2015 RX350 from Amazon, usually in quantities of 5. They are genuine Toyota filters, part no. 04152YZZA1, and very reasonably priced. I order the genuine Toyota air filter from Ebay or a Toyota parts online store, part no. 17801YZZ11. I ordered a pack of 3 Denso 453-1019 cabin air filters from RockAuto.

Shopping around online will usually get you some good deals, especially if you purchase in quantities.

Denso is an original equipment supplier to Toyota/Lexus and several other Japanese car manufacturers. Their products are of very high quality and very durable..

I'll buy cabin filters on Amazon, but only use a dealer's OEM engine filters. There are too many fakes out there for me to risk getting a bad air filter just to save very few $$.

I order almost all of my parts from Bell Lexus.

Check eBay store front. There are couple of Lexus dealerships who sell.

There are lots of fakes being sold as OEM.

I would only trust OEM from well established retailers.

Personally I don't mind paying bit of extra while saving on the labor cost.

My local Walmart stocks Toyota Filters and Mobil 1 in 5QT containers. I have not found better pricing anywhere.
