2010 RX450h radio and mouse suddenly stopped working
I’ve owned My 2010 RX450H for over 8 years now currently with 147k miles. Today without warning the radio lights greyed out and the mouse no longer works. The navigation is still showing up and still showing me where I am located but I can no longer interact with it. Any suggestions?

Try power cycle the RX. Disconnect the 12v battery for about 15-20mins.
When you reconnect the 12v, the system may come right up or you might see some messages about coming on. The down side is you might lose some presets like the hatch and single click window up and or radio station presets.

Anything and everything is possible. If only the display was out, I might lean toward the environment being cold but you mentioned that nav screen comes up.
The fuse typically takes the whole thing off and partially working electronics usually means disfunction or some gremlin in the system. That is why I suggested power-down the whole vehicle and bring it back up.
If you feel like checking every fuse of radio related fuse, please go ahead.
Since there was no mention of any work done or fiddling done prior to malfunction, my suspicion is gremlins or unit failure.
