Are you referring to the TIS screen shot?

TIS is a pay to use service provided by Toyota. It can be used for few short hours all the way to year long contract.

Two ways that I know. You can purchase an outdated copy of TIS being sold on Ebay or pay a subscription to access the current TIS; and then copy the information you will need later to PDF format(or print to PDF) for use later.
