I've seen a new head unit that I would like to install, but was wondering if anyone has experience buying android units from China. I've found a few options below, but not sure how to go with the best/safest option. They all have slightly confusing pages and very different prices. Anyone have any insights from personal experience?

I'm not sure if these are all the exact same thing, just sold by different drop shippers, or if they each put something into it/customize.

 

When I was initially looking for an android head unit for my 2010 RX350 I came across these units, what turned me off was that I could not find this unit installed in any lexus on youtube at all and also moving the HVAC buttons far right didn't make any logical sense to me. I quickly turned my attention to Teyes and that was simply because they offered an option for the 2010 RX350, Teyes is a rebranded FYT unit that many companies put their own brand on and sell, but I noticed that Teyes was one of the only ones selling a complete kit for the RX350 and from learning you may pay a little more because you may receive better support and with these units that is key because sometimes things don't work correctly out of the box. Out of the box I had a an issue with one of the HVAC buttons not functioning as it once did and I had to work with support over a few days to diagnose and them eventually sending me an update file for the canbus. With these FYT units they seem to all run a similar base system with slight changes by each brand, some more than others.

With varying differences of our vehicles you need to confirm your model will work. In my case teyes confirmed with me that I had a certain model, no NAV or Joystick and if you do the screen can't be a certain model or look a certain way else it was not compatible, with that I'd confirm with them if your exact vehicles setup with work.
