I have kind of an odd question on a 2006 RX 330. While trying to check on the Air Filter, one of the hoses popped off and fell in the engine compartment (see the attached picture). Can someone tell me what the type of tubing and/or part number this should be? I got some vacuum tubing from a local store but it is way thicker than what is currently on the vehicle. Would any black rubber tube work?
I replaced mine as well as they were rotted. I bought some tubing from Advanced Auto, although they were bigger diameter, the inner diameter fits our connection. Problem solved. Just ask for the "emissions" rubber tubing, they will know it. good luck.
