Default Wood trim

Hello guys!
I just wanted to ask if you guys know how to remove the wood trims. I searched it and only the wood trim by the shifter and center console is the only one I found. If anyone knows how to remove the wood trims on all the doors and maybe a little more detailed wood removal on the center console also.
thanks for the answers

You’ll have to replace the panels with non wood ones, it’s embedded into the panel on my Highlander and I don’t see the Lexus being any different. Do you want to swap with me? What colour is your interior?

Edit: I imagine there is a way to wrap them in vinyl too by taking once they're apart. I never tried taking the wood off my doors but I plan on taking the door panels off for sound deadening, and while that's going on I can try seeing what can be removed from them
