Replace fluids?

Replace fluids?
2007 RX350 AWD ~45,000 paved road miles
Oil changed with Mobil One and Toyota filter once a year since I bought it in 2006.
~41,000 miles brake fluid replaced (rear brake work)
~42,000 miles coolant flushed & replaced (water pump replaced)
No other fluids have been changed. Because of its age, but considering its mileage, I'm not sure what other fluids must be replaced, if any.
Any recommendations?

Wow, super low mileage.....Must have other vehicles.......Anyhow, I'd change the transmission fluid & filter, as well as the rear diff & transfer case. A qtr for each of those + 3.8 qtrs for the transmission. I use a gallon of Maxlife trans fluid, Wix trans filter & 2 qtrs of Royal Purple gear oil for the rear dif & transfer case. Dropping the trans pan give you a change to clean the two magnets as well.......
