Can someone pl tell me where the Oil pressure sensor/sending unit is located on my 2007 Lexus RX350?🤔
I think it's next to the Oil filter but not positive 😳
Bottom left front of engine. If looking from the serpentine belt view, then on the right near the crank pulley (raditor side).
*1 = with tow package (i.e., has engine oil cooler)
*2 = without tow (no oil cooler)
You can follow the harness down past alternator and A/C condensor, it is last thing on the end. Yo will need to remove front belly pan unless you can see it with right front wheel off.
BTW, Toyota calls is a switch, rather than a sensor, on/off deal I guess.
Would've been nice if Lexus would've sprung for a real sensor and made the sensor's oil pressure data available to an OBD scanner.
It wouldn't been that hard since the electronics are already set up for live data on coolant temp and other live sensor data.
