Default Wheels help

Hi... looking for some help. I searched the forum first but no luck.

We recently acquired a 2006 400h, and the wheels are really beat up (holes and curb rash etc). We'd like to replace but we dont have the inclination or $ to go 100% new. We have 18" wheels/tires-- now, my question is, we are seeing some wheels for sale that are Lexus and 18" but from a different model or year. Can those wheels be swapped with ours or? Our OEM wheels have 5 "spokes" while the ones we're looking at have 7 "spokes". Bolt pattern size is the same though. I actually found some 18" wheels from a 2018 Lexus RX450.

Thoughts, advice? Many thanks in advance!

As long as the offset is the same or close.....35mm offset, no more.
