Should i be concerned ..... I don't see any water coming out of the drain hose, after A/C has been on ..say an hour.. so i went under and stuck a length of hose on the end and blew air through the drain hose, it was not blocked.... can i get to the hose behind the glove box?
I pulled the carpet back as far as i could under the glove box, all i could see was a 1/4 inch clear hose pushed into a larger rubber outlet .. the 1/4 clear hose went off to the right side.. i will take picture...don't see any wet carpet..

You will only see condensate drain on from you AC when the humidity is high (outside) and your AC is taking a lot of moisture from you cabin. The condensate ends up on a pan and does not drip to the outside until it reaches a certain height.
