LH Bank = front, RH Bank = firewall side, "Camshaft Position Sensor 'B' Circuit Malfunction (Bank 1)"
Unfortunately, Bank 1 = RH Bank, which is the firewall side, sensor B = exhaust cam, which is on the outside of the engine, so the cam closest to firewall, so it is the one at the very bottom of the pic RH bank, likely completely covered by intake manifold.
You might have some difficulty getting at them without removing the intake manifold. Follow threads here on how to change your rear spark plugs on how to do that, which if they have never been changed, may be a good time to do them.

Thanks
I took the car to my auto technician ,he was able to locate the defective sensor.unfortunately, the ones that were available locally didn't work had to place an order for it.The performance of the car is poor hence I had to park it until the sensor replacement.
The car is RX 350 07 MODEL,137,000 KM
Will update you as soon as the issues are resolved

and if I remember correctly cams ran fully retarded as seen on the oscilloscope when I unplugged cam sensors, so I can see why poor mpg.
PS- older RX330 only has the intake cam sensors and btw just a guess for the poor mpg so hopefully other have ideas on this...
