Since you had work done on the car, I would try the initialization process first to reset all the windows just to rule that out and it's easy.
Hopefully others have ideas.
well the work didnt involve taking off any of the battery cables or removing the battery.
Problem could be the rear switch/module too.
The MPX1 wire at rear door switch/module is expecting a data/command to open window remotely using key or driver door switch.
Because of complexity is only reason suggesting the initializing procedure to rule that out first in case it was lost and visual inspection of plug connections.
PS- switch/ module is all one piece.

Where on the door is this module or switch? I already tried the key and tried to initialize the window and that didn’t do anything either; also the window will go up and down at the switch on the door itself but will not auto up or auto down.

Pics in this post shows switches on top & computer module on bottom all made as one piece.
I might end up getting this but how hard is it to Get the old
one out and put the new one in? Also; how do I know it’s not a wire(s) somewhere between the module/switch and the window motor to which the wires for the controls run to?(im assuming)? See I just don’t want to end up throwing money at it only to find out it’s a totally different issue somewhere

Hi Matts, Techstream or a high end scanner can be used to see if the rear switch is responding to remote commands for Up & Down.
Pulling out the switch is easy for inspection and replacement.

That is why I asked in post #3, if the shop diagnosed that the master window switch was bad, so you wouldn't be throwing parts at it without knowing exactly what is wrong.
