Just got a used Luggage Cover for my 2005 330. Fits perfectly, and auto retract works fine. Only weird thing is the clips on the flaps don’t fit on the head restraint posts. The posts are larger diameter than the clip openings. Could this be from a previous model year where the head restraint posts were a narrower gauge? Anyone else run into this? Attachment is from owners manual page 116 in US-EN

 

They require a good push for mine. They don't slide in easily.

Wow. So for 5 months in 2003 they DID make a different part. Guess I got the oddball size. Time to get out the dremel tool for a quick mod. Thanks for the research @iMSQ!
