Default Clicking sound from driver’s side footwell

I have noticed a few times that there’s a clicking sound, similar to the sound a cassette player makes while reading it. It has come and gone and in the year of ownership I have heard it about 8 times. I own a 2007 RX 350. I wonder what it is. I’d be thankful if I get an answer.

Does it happen while driving or stationary? There is a plastic shroud under the car just at the back the driver's seat area that was installed from the factory with body adhesive tape that comes loose and starts to bang around.

Does turning the ac and fan off or changing the air direction make it stop. If so it's one of the servo motors that control the ventilation flaps inside the dash.
Common problem apparently but depending on which servo a dash out job to fix.

It happens both, while driving and when stationary. It sounds like if it’s an electronic mechanism doing it’s thing back there but it is noticeable.

Haven’t tried turning the A/C fan off while the sound is going off but I have noticed it makes the sound even with the A/C fan off.
