Default RX330 Rear Leak (differential?)

I noticed today some oily spots on the pavement in the rear of the vehicle and trying to pin-point what it is (rear differential?).

I've attached pictures below. Its important to note that I just had the car serviced yesterday for the 120,000 mile service where the rear differential fluid was replaced (along with spark plugs, transfer case fluid etc.). Would think they would bring that to my attention if the fluid was replaced, but leaking? or if its related to the service work that was done.

Thanks, any help is appreciated!

I would of thought that they would of used some brake clean after wiping off what they spilled......Little surface rust I also see.
