Navigation System night mode

How do you switch the map to night mode on the 2nd gen RX? I checked display settings and can’t find anything?

It is defaulted to switch to dark when the lowbeams come on whether manually or by auto headlights.

i thought it worked off the light sensor that turns the lights on when in auto. Turning the lights on during the day does not put the nav screen into "night mode" in Australia. (cars are made in Japan models.)
