Cargo cover replacement clip

Does anyone know where I can order this replacement clip for my Rx330 Tonneau or what this piece is actually called.

What's wrong with it? Take a pic of the underside, it may help.

The clip is broken underneath and doesnt work to release the cover when installed.
so was just hoping to purchase a replacement clip.

Lexus does not offer that as a separate part. They only sell the entire cover.
