I get this clunking sound while driving my 2009 rx350. it sounds like it is coming from under the front end. I also hear it when I make a steep left turn. it is especially bad when driving the car after it has been parked overnight.

 

There are a lot of possibilities, but the turning part makes me wonder if it is a strut bearing.
