Unfortunately the service manual does not have a nice drawing of the suspension with torque specs, so I had to cut and paste. Lexus/Toyota calls the sway bar "stabilizer bar"

Front Stabilizer Bar Bracket
Both sides: Torque: 16 N*m (163 kgf*cm, 12 ft.*lbf)

Front Stabilizer Link Assembly
Both sides: Torque: 74 N*m (755 kgf*cm, 55 ft.*lbf)

Rear Stabilizer Bar Bracket
Left side: Torque: 54 N*m (550 kgf*cm, 40 ft.*lbf)
Right side: Torque: 19 N*m (194 kgf*cm, 14 ft.*lbf)

Rear Stabilizer Link Assembly
Both sides: Torque: 39 N*m (400 kgf*cm, 29 ft.*lbf)
