US to UK Headlights

HI, Im taking my US Spec 2007 RX350 to England for a few years. Anyone know what I need to do with the current American headlights? Are they adjusable enough since they move with the sterring or will I need to purchase UK headlights. Thanks

Not sure what headlight requirements might entail but thought that rear turn signals in Europe needed to be yellow rather than red.
