Replacing the rear spoiler

Guys has anyone pulled the old spoiler off?
the first picture is the new spoiler replacement
I bought which has a middle cutout but no
plastic gasket . Not exactly sure how to pull off
the gasket on old spoiler
I got the 5 bolts loosened but in the middle where
the 3rd brake light sit, there is like a black plastic
gasket that sit right on the white plug for the 3rd
Brake light
Does anyone know if it pulls off or slide off?
