Default Hitch hardware missing

I recently picked up an 08 RX350, and ordered the OEM hitch - PT228-48045 - from Amazon, but it arrived today without any mounting hardware. It’s a long shot, but does anyone have the hardware package parts number, or list of hardware pieces required for mounting this hitch? I’ve put in the customer service ticket with Amazon, but given the lack of awareness about this hitch at local Toyota and Lexus dealers, I’m expecting a painful experience.

You should have gotten instructions and a listing of what is included. See the attached pdf file.

I was able to order the hardware separately, and it arrived today. A couple questions though:
the instruction diagram shows two support brackets, but these are not in the hardware kit. There are only bolts. Are the brackets necessary for a basic install (no wiring or towing, just a bike rack)?
Also, are the instructions the same for all same-generation RX350’s after 2005 (the year on the instructions)?
Amazon has acknowledged the missing hardware and offered a refund, but I’d much rather just have this installed this weekend.

The brackets are required for install.

Instructions look the same for 2004-2009

This part number should have also gotten you the wiring harness in addition to the required hardware.

My dealer installed the factory hitch and the factory "notched" rear fascia but was not able to get the factory wiring kit (if there really is such a thing), for which I had bargained in the original purchase. Because I had to go hunting for a light kit and have it installed, the dealer made a generous price adjustment on the car. Got the kit but have not had the time to get it installed.
