Default what part is this

The part Im trying to identify is located right below the power steering pump. this is on my rx350. Is this the front diff; or is this the transfer case since mine is awd? I ask because the shop where i got the high pressure power steering hose replaced said its the front diff; but now im hearing from others on here that its the transfer case? so which is it? I also ask because apparently its "seeping" a bit; its not gushing out fluid but it definitely is wet. thanks

You should see the rear drive shaft going to the transfer case. If you want us to identify the part below the ps pump then post a picture.

if I had the ability to get a pic of it I would but I can’t as I do not have jack stands at the present time.
