Default 2005 lexus rx330 won't shift into second

Recently the vehicle randomly decided to not shift into second. It will go into 1st gear, but will not shift into 2nd. I did some homework and evidently the MAF sensor can cause this. Went to Advance Auto Parts and replaced the part. Still have the same issue. Don't think the transmission is bad.

Has anyone else had this issue? Car has been maintained at the Lexus dealer and has never had any Transmission problems.

What could cause this? Any help you could provide would greatly be appreciated..

I have no idea. It is new to us at 225k on it. Maybe I should start there.

Come to think of it, I changed my wifes fluid and filter on her 06 RX at 100k bc the dealership also told me it was "lifetime" fluid. Haha. I don't think there is such a thing
Thanks for the idea
