RX400h Airconditioning Drain Location

RX400h Airconditioning Drain Location
I've got an RX400h 2007 (UK Version) and I think the aircon drain is blocked as I never see water dripping out when using the aircon and it smells stale when I use aircon.
I've spent hours searching for the location of the drain and manged to find someone who said the drain is in the passenger footwell and can be unblocked but I just can't find it.
I've also tried to find the output pipe in engine bay but can't see that either.
I would really really appreciate any help you could give me on the location of the drain so I can try and unblock it.
