Lost something under the rear seat
We have a Rx400h and my teenage daughter saved her money and got Apple Airpods... and then promptly lost one within the first few days. It fell down the seat belt buckle and made it's way down under the rear seat where it's completely inaccessible. Googling was no help and so I'm posting pictures of how to get stuff lost under the rear seat.
1) with the seat in the normal upright position, use the adjust to slide the seat all the way back for most leg room
2) release the seat to fold flat
3) lift the trunk floor board by pulling up on the middle 1/3 of the edge; it is held by white plastic clips that just pop loose when you pull on the floor board (see picture)

4) using needle nose pliers, pop up on the black plastic "large thumb tacks" holding the back cloth of the rear seat. (see same photo above) They are ribbed so you'll have to work them so all the ribs release.
5) using a 12mm socket, remove the screw holding the rear seat strap. This insures when the seat is folded the base is always in the rear most sliding position.... but it's also preventing us from accessing the floor under the seat. The strap has a hook that was held down by the bolt and we need to unhook it in the next step

6) release to lift the seat at a 45 degree angle to keep slack on the strap. Look behind and now unhook the strap.
7) lift the seat back up, and slide it forward this time (for maximum trunk space), then fold the seat back down again. This time, because the strap was unhooked, you should be able to access the floor below the rear seat

I just joined to say thank chimchimm5 for great great great instruction on how to get an access to under.
I have teenager son who also lost airpod in exact same manner and landed here.
Followed instruction (and thanks again for the pix, because I know it takes an effort to take pix and upload) got the access to it and was able to retrieve the airpod.
One thing I want to add on popping up black plastic thumb tacks. I used hammer technic to pry up the tag like when you pulling up nail, I wasn't successful using plier so it may help others on that.

Funny. My teenage daughter lost her Apple Watch between the rear seats as well. Now she has some missing headphones, but I don’t have concrete proof that they are there
