For the past couple of months, I've been noticing an electronic buzzing underneath my dashboard when I drive. The sound is unpredictable as sometimes it buzzes when I break, hit a bump, or when I'm just driving. I'm not entirely sure what's going on.

Does anyone have any ideas?

 

Just an update on the post:

I have a car starter. Not sure if that could be contributing to the noise.

 

Maybe one of the temp/heater/mode blend door actuators? They usually click when going bad, but maybe they also buzz?
