Default Audio off problem

I changed the battery on a 07 RXRX350 after that the Audio Off came on the screen and there is no audio at all. The am and fm light up and the presets are still there. Just no audio or SAT option.
How can I reset or turn on the audio?

I hope by accident the terminals were not reversed for a short time. If yes, check fuses.

Else try this:
Make sure the vehicle is off [better yet remove the key from the vehicle and move it far away]
Wait 5 mins
Disconnect the ground terminal of the battery.
Disconnect the + terminal.
Clean the inside of the cables and the battery posts with emery paper or dry scotch-brite pad. Brass brush would work fine as well.
Wait about 20 mins or more. [From the time you disconnected.]
Connect and secure the + terminal
Reconnect the battery with one determined action [dont let bounce around]. Secure it.
Now bring the key and test.

Thank you Salim,

I checked the fuses and followed your instructions. It still does not work. This occurred when a couple of weeks ago and the radio started working but we lost the satellite radio. I disconnected the battery again today to see if that would fix the satellite radio. I lost the radio completely. The radio comes on but the Audio off is on the nav screen and the volume shows 0. The channels will change, just no volume. The Bluetooth doesn't work with the phone because there is no volume.

Thanks again for trying.

Jim

Were you able to find a solution? I am chasing down a similar problem.
