My RX330 died while running an idle.
My RX330 dies while running in idle. Happened couple times same day. It starts when I jump start but it dies again in few minutes. I replaced battery, no difference. Then I replaced Alternator, no difference. It sound like the issue in wiring between Alternator and battery (electrical system) that prevents the battery getting charged. My mechanic checked fuses are okay. Any suggestions?

Do you have an OBD II scanner? You may have a pending CEL, which would tell you what's wrong.
Otherwise, the first thing I would do is clean the throttle body. toyotas are notorious for idle issues with dirty TBs, ask me how I know.
I would also clean with rubbing alcohol, the connectors to the mass air flow sensor or anything else coming off the TB. Use a little dielectric grease on the metal prongs.
Good luck.
