I thought I closed all the windows & doors, walked away, and used remote lock. when I returned to the car, all 4 windows were down to different levels.
this has happened more than once.

Am I loosing it, or is the car having problems ?

Sounds like your unlock button on the key is getting held down triggering the open all windows feature. It's happened to me when I've had my keys in my pocket. Depending on the Lexus personalized settings, it can open the sunroof too.
