Lower Driver Seat

Has anyone figured out how to lower the driver seat for more head space? I am 6' and only complaint is hitting the roof over minor bumps.

From the 05 RX330 Manual;
Just make sure you have nothing under the seat.

No idea which Lexus you own although I have no issues for the driver's side seat of a 05 RX330 whatsoever & I'm also 6 ft tall......
Plan B, repair the possibly tired struts.
