Navigation Map Update
I have a 2006 RX330 and it currently has version 13.1. After researching the updates, it appears that I can only update to version 15 and that is the last one made for this year of vehicle. Is it worth updating? If so, will an update from Ebay work or do I have to buy from Lexus? Or does someone have another suggestion? Thank you, Donna

Are you constantly getting closed or changed businesses and/or wrong phone number information
when trying to enter destinations? If so updating two years (2013 to 2015) will help...a little. You
will sooner or later be back to that trouble. If you primarily enter personal street addresses and do
not need any extra destination information then you would only need the update if there was significant
highway construction in the areas you are going to travel.
Your generation of Nav is a simple and easy DVD exchange, starting in 2010 the information was held
in an internal hard drive and had to be done in the Lexus shop. Check that any eBay listing is an original
Lexus disc as copies are known to have difficulties being read by the Nav system.
