Default Driver preset memory buttons not working

Preset buttons in the driver's door for seat, steering wheel, mirror positions stopped working today in Rx400.

Seat controls, steering wheel tilt, distance and mirrors work when you move them from their switches.
Pressing preset buttons 1,2 or set there is no response or beep when program it. And this has been checked gearlever in Park and car Ready-mode.

Has this happened to someone? I did not find threads concerning this.

I could think it might be wiring issue in the door cable harness? Worn cables?
I will plug it to Techstream for DTCs, haven't this function got its own ecu?

Thanks, I tried to fiddle with those preset buttons that day but nothing worked.
Next day when getting into car all was ok, I don't know what happened there.

I could think that if there is bad contact in wiring or connectors it could cause symptoms like this to appear and disappear.
Cut wire in harness, oxidation in connector??
Must keep alert if problem comes back.
