Default Invertor Coolant Bubble

Hi all, I'm new owner of RX400h, I have done timing belt and radiator change yet but now I suspect this thing in my invertor coolant when the car is on. It sounds like there is bleeding water but no leaking of water and it has still same amount of water. Is it normal? Thank you very much for your answers.

It looks normal to me. If you want to bleed the hybrid coolant system hook a clear tube to the valve top of the hybrid radiator. The hybrid radiator is the small half height one in front of the radiator and AC. Put the other end of the hose in the coolant tank shown in your video. Open the valve and start the engine to start the pump. Run until the bubbles are gone.
